You aren't supposed to just rush to the NTR/porn route. You're supposed to read the true love route, too.

Can someone make a quick summary of what this game is about ? Looks like a hard NTR game, but there is no NTR tag so i'm kinda lost with all these CGs samples lol thx

Quite the opposite of hard NTR, I think. The game even offers a NTR safe mode.

I haven't finished the game yet, but from what I've seen so far it's basically this: MC and his childhood friend, who is a tomboyish girl, are now trapped in a magical village where men turn into monsters if they don't get regular sexual relief and women are by law obligated to serve men. So the two main characters quietly decide it'd be best for the girl to pretend to be a boy for now. And it'd be smooth sailing if it weren't for the facts that a) the MC needs regular sexual relief and b) it's a hentai game; you're supposed to want to bone the girl anyway. So to get naughty with the girl it's best to make her horny, but if she's too horny then the villagers start noticing the redhead's not quite as masculine as she pretends. Arouse too much suspicion and it's NTR route for you.

That's about as much as I gathered with a couple of hours of gameplay.
