I know Chinese and they had already done the MTL translation version. But the quality is very poor, and I am not sure if that program used in MTL translation (when starting the game every time) can convert translation text into English. So I am waiting for the proper English translation.

Full story and partial menu MTL translation here. Some word wrapping issues on longer paragraphs but outside of that, it works fine from what I tested. ( I'm about an hour in. )
