that means your game is encrypted, decrypt the .rgss3a using RPG Maker Decrypter, then copy the exported file and folder to your game folder, apply the TL patch, after that you can safely remove the .rgss3a from your game folder.

Okay, so the only download link that still works in the OP's link is the premium-only Rapidgator one. All the others are either 404'ing or timing out for me.

Any chance of a hero uploading the game somewhere not behind a paywall?

Decrypt the game using RPGM Decrypter, replace the Data folder, rename the .rgss3a file so it won't still try to load from that.
