on fullscreen the title screen does actually fill the fucking screen but not during gameplay?

If you speaking about the translation given...yeah...that's the only orrible something i can think of from when i played this game using mtool, lol. I must admit It was hard to even understand anything if it's a thing, aside objectives to move forward in the story, and that's exactly why i made a translation request ^^".
