I would assume this applies, but please also make sure you are definitely using it on the game version 1.14: I have a thread about it here. (Click the "How to use" spoiler for a detailed tutorial.) I do think pasting it works, but some of the folders from the file you provided didnt exist in my game directory (and my game version is 1.14), I'll try with the method you provided and see if it can do something
