was the last concrete update from the dev, stating he was slowly starting development again after nearly a year off. Since then, a few retweets here and there so some signs of life but nothing about further progress with development.

Very likely to be health issues, so yeah. Hopefully the dev is fine and it comes some day but no certainty.
