If you are using WinRAR, select Options -> Name encoding -> 932 (ANSI/OEM - Japanese Shift-JIS) before extracting.

I'm using winrar, before extracting change the encoding to Japanese at option (there is a pict above about it)

Cause you got that decompressed bad. Look into rar options for encoding and choose Japanese

I'm not sure, but some Japanese games do use Japanese in their filenames. And if that is the case then decompressing this way may fix the problem.

Can't find a mobile APP that has this feature for JoiPlay, tried RAR's Japanese Name Encoding and I get this error, also happens with Bandizip

Nevermind I think Zarchiver is giving more problems, My issue now seems to be with JoiPlay, Disabling the "Image file decryption" Plugin in Joiplay lets me play the game but during the night scenes or other scenes in general the game freezes with no error

Isn't it easier to play the Android version itself? Instead of emulating it, the difference is, it takes a little longer to progress since you can't use cheats, but it's quite playable.
