just finished the game
1) you need to get possessed to find the Bunny and mermaid
How to find the bunny = get possessed go to the bar sit anywhere (not next to the reporter) talk to the bar manager
then go to the forest...meet the manager there then go to the purple base then catch the bunny there
How to find the mermaid = get possessed and go fishing and proceed from there afterward you could ask her to find the legendary pearls and its would take 2-3 days for her to show up at the river bank
the rare fish is for the Cat in the police station
the black suit guy...you cant kill them
