I've made a lot of progress translating this.

All menus, items, states, etc are all complete.

The only things left to go are the Common Events and the Maps. Both of these are going to take a LOT of work though.

welp, I've been beaten. I mean, I was just waiting for potential updates and bug fixes lmao but, godspeed my friend, will look forward to the finished translation

also why are you translating animations? unless you meant the text that popped up on the cg thus meaning that you're also translating the pictures then ok.

Okay, I've updated the progress. As you can see the big project is the 109 maps.

I've done about 7 of them so far.

Are you using Translator++? I noticed that "Qcexy duf" and other similar outputs is when the program fails to properly translate the /C[XX] /C[0] flags for coloring dialog. Recommend you look at the original Japanese text for the proper color codes when fixing those errors.

I bet you will encounter this issue on other maps and common events file.
