There seems to be a DLC for this game, how would one request a translation for it here? Like normal? I've never requested anyting.

What you'd normally do is go to the main Translation Request section of the forum here and click the red "Post Thread" button on the top right. Then you'd make a post, paying attention to the rules for posting requests here and once it was ready click post thread again, and presto! New thread!
