With older games from the Lilith group, both ITH and AGTH work perfectly when copying the game's kanji and transferring to g.translator.
I tried to use them on "Mama no Taimanin", but neither worked.

OK. I managed to find it on my own.
Called "Textractor", it is currently in version V4.16.0.
Very good. The interface works intuitively and comes with a built-in translator.
