Did you figure it out? I don´t know to get the leviate spell either, If you know I will appreciate your help
I already talked to the dragon Taro but I don't know how to get the levitate spell, what is it supposed to be? Where is it? How does it get activated?
I don't remember exactly but I think if you have obtained the sword (sword of brave) and the magic bracelet then you will just have to talk with taro. If you have not obtained these then just check the spoiler tag in my last comment. Then, once you leave the village after talking with taro you will see the dragon. Just go over it like you use a ship.
If all of that is not working may be try learning all the skills mentioned in skill tree.
