I have the same issue, can't figure out how to fix it

have u tried to extract the file in japanese?
For the game a trying to find files in the name of japanese but sometime when u extract japanese files normally.
The files will not be named in japanese but in some weird text

And how do i extract in japanese? i've seen a guide that said to use ''7-zip'' and ''Applocale'' with a .bat but isn't working (Also i use Windows 7)

I am using winrar, in that simple press ctrl - e and look for japanese.
Dont know if its the same in 7-zip.
