Most of the game is translated, i found only dialogues (not all), items, and update log untranslated.
P.S: Thread made because it can't be upload as normal because it not fully (or not all basic parts) translated. (for someones, who don't read, or not feel pain when your requested game is rejected cuz you don't read rules)

You can look on Pixiv (you need register to see "R-18" content, sorry but sometimes ppl don't know basic japanese law), right now dev work on remaking old sprites (and maybe change old spaghetti code on new), he post some sprites some days ago.
