Hey so I was working on a personal translation and thought I'd share. It's just an edited MTL partial but the menu and whatever scenes I got through are translated.
I'm going to be going on vacation for a while so I couldn't finish but if anyone wants to take over and finish them then be my guest.
You need to have Unity Auto Translator installed already and just unzip and overwrite inside the AutoTranslator folder.

At night, you need to go into her room while she is sleeping and get her orgasm meter above 75% and keep it around there, then do more stuff to get her sleep bar to zero so that she will wake up. ✌

I tried it, works amazing. It's a lot less messy than the usual Autotranslate.
I'm willing to help in translating the remaining strings (including the new June update) when I'm free, but I have no clue how to work with the BepInEx AutoTL. If anyone is willing to get me the strings or the .txts I'll try to complete a translation.

Btw if anyone wants to change your nickname without messing up the translations, you should go to AutoTranslator\Translation\en\Text\_Substitions.txt and add whatever nickname you want.
I.E. "Billy=Billy" if you want to be called "Billy".
You can also find the opening comic translations I did in a folder there! The comic is pictures though so I didn't know how to add it into the game...

Regarding the translation a few posts below, once you've taken it for a spin, Lorcus Patata should update the OP post and the tags. If there are plans to include the full game I can provide the files (with the June update and the translation).

saltenjoyer and me have figured out how to replace the textures. It's possible to make a decensor patch (though there's a LOT of images to cover) and we're working on translating the opening comic and some image textboxes, will release them along with the translation soon.
