It's downloaded from DLSite, it works. Install Japanese Locales, install RPGMaker VX Tools or whatever it is called and use a Locale Emulator if needed.

You can also play it on joiplay if anyone wants to know, you need RAR app then go to settings-> then click on the not unicode coding (the last one) and the click on japanese. perhapse you dont need to do this but i still did it
