I didn't look into it that much honestly, I just used a tool i found on this very site which can translate RPGM games, here's a link to the tool (it's free on the creator's patreon):

for me, that app is kinda broken on some games so i kinda don't wanna use it and find out "oh, this game is not working after using this app", and for some reason some games are also kinda stuck on russian even though i multiple time change it into english
