I think it's safe to put this as abandone because it has been 2 years since the devs updated their blog.
Check his twitter. He posted in august about the game. He just never says shit in ci-en.

From the translated tweet it looks like he wanted to focus on the game instead of Skeb requests in August. I looked at his skeb and it seems like there’s a lot of drawings on there compared to last time I looked a couple months ago so he’s probably been focusing a lot on those.
