New to the whole asking for translations thing, I saw a request for the translation of NDNL3 thought I could throw my request in the ring for NDNL2

Because the strings of errors are complete non-sense letters instead of japanese characters, you either don't have your locale language set as Japanese or when you extracted the files the sofware you used didn't use japanese language or broke somethting.

The game is encrypted and i tried pretty much all tools to extract it. I need to either learn how to decrypt or try to do a hook translation both seems very time consuming.

If you ever find a way to have the game raw files or .txt file for the translation i don't mind doing translation.
