I don't think fantasy is a get out of rule 7 free card, there's been other banned fantasy games. Not that I'm say it's always consistent though...

Any kind of list is a no I'm afraid. And unfortunately game threads don't always get labelled Kagura when their posted or updated with their version, so you can't easily search for them either.
