This particular message is just telling you that this game uses a version of Unity without SceneManager API so scoping isn't supported. It's not an error. The game's translation isn't using scoping. If it was an error it would start with "Error:" and be red. There's nothing to fix. If translation isn't working this message has nothing to do with it.
