Looks like all the scenario text is in a handy external CSV file, just "encrypted" (actually just shuffled according to a generated array) using the DataEncryption.js plugin.

Here's a patch (for Japanese v1.00 only) that disables the plugin and puts the "decrypted" versions of the files back in the data folder. Just extract the zip file into the package.nw folder. As a bonus, it also replaces the disabled plugin with a deobfuscated version for those interested.
