The .dll error is because you have to install Direct X 9, you can download it here:

and the macho.exe file that you need to run is the one in the Data folder and I recommend that you make an exception for that file with the antivirus because it detects it as a virus and eliminates it.

are you using any antivirus software? im using malwarebytes and when i first downloaded the game it was flagged and wouldnt open. so i had to manually quarantine it

Hopefully someone will post a translated gameplay of this to gdrive my laptop keeps denying me playing this game even if i off any anti virus and change local to japanese
