FYI, you need to slow down the exploration part for the ntr to happen, if you too good at it, the game will end. The NTR and pule love route wont happen like at all.

In case anyone was put off by the lack of translation but is okay with just viewing the scenes, you can unlock everything by going to the player's room (it's the one with the green light next to it) and pressing space/enter next to the locker in the corner. Go to the far right flashing light and select the yes option (just try both if you're not sure which) and it will unlock all the scenes for you.
Seems like it would be a fun game when fully translated but nothing particularly to write home about.
