I don't know how much useful could it be, however, the version of the game that will be release on Steam should have an english translation as well, even if it seems that it will be a cutted and censored version too:

is otaku plan so it will come without censorship and without any cuts, it is the strongest competitor of Kagura games But these companies that localize the games into English usually take a long time to release the games, so as long as there is no release date there is no game and this can take even more than a year.
