Miru (you can change his name) is a young boy who ends up stuck in a mansion inhabited by horny succubae. His mission is simple: escape. With over 50 H-scenes and multiple endings (and the creator is creating more scenes as of this posting), this reminds me a lot of dieselmine's Your Sweet House, though there is no voice-acting. But there is one thing this has that the YSH doesn't even though I feel it should have. I won't spoil it.
I have attempted to translate it myself, but the tool I am using isn't working for some reason. This is an MV2 game, so if anyone with experience translating such games could take a look at this, I would be grateful.
