Okay after wasting more than 1 hour playing this game I can give a very short review. First of all, all H scenes are showed only after you defeat the 4 main bosses of the game(orc,big orc, king orc and the final boss). All of H scenes are animated, however they are pretty bad here, there is only 2-4 variations of each H scene.
If you lose a battle, you will get a game over instead of a H scene.
The pregnancy here sucks so much, since there is not a pregnancy mechanic and it is only on the ending and the pregnancy here is only egg type, after you beat the final boss, the heroine will get raped and turned into a pregnant slave, where she ends up giving birth to literally eggs. The birth scene is very short, only 2 CG variations. I like pregnancy/birth games, but this one sucks so much.
I would say the only good thing about this game is that the art is good and there is a voice acting for the heroine, except for that, this game sucks, don't waste your time here. Here, the only pregnancy scene of this game
