This game Based From Chinese game so before you play that game u need extract with region Chinese Windows
if you using win 10
Start > Settings > Time & Language > Region > Select Date, time & regional formatting > Additional date, time & regional settings > Select Change date, Time, or number > Select Menu Adminitistrative > Select Change system locale to Chinese (Simplified Chinese) and Restart
And now u can extract that game with region Chinese
or maybe if u using other windows u can check youtube to change region Windows
Problem Solved
before doing that i wanna state that when i extracted through winrar in chinese it was working fine with the language but when i translated through translator++ to english after that the error came so i dont know if it will really fix that
