Someone found a download for JAP version that does not take 3 hours just to fail with checksum error? Or a seeded torrent?
Go with the MexaShare link from h-sharing. Overall it's pretty quick, despite having to go through the usual add-reel.
It ain't capped out at 50K or something stupid like that and I've gotten anywhere from 500-1000K there.
It's only a couple 100 megs this one, so it's a quick DL.
