I think I found a horrible softlock in act 3, the moment I'm in the brothel or the casino, I want to change my outfit but it won't let me, when I want to leave it literally tells me that I have to change something that it won't let me in the first place, should I use the debug room or something? (I forgot to mention that I can't change clothes, even if I do I still have the dragon tribe outfit.)

there are still some missing maps. I didn't bother with creating empty maps, watched the events on TV and the pool. a lot of blanks for internet cafes and other things. in the shopping center different content. some content in the cell.
