I played in japanese. I don´t understand obviously. But you can name the MC(female) and her Lover(male) that you can have sex everyday. There is probably a LEWD/SLUT point for a few actions/events. And looks more like cheating. Apparently the goal is to get pregnant, maybe the lover(male) is shooting blanks. And the NTR may come at the end if the lover finds about the cheating, hopefuly with the translation we can understand.
