Here's a MTL for v1.0. (The one from the mega link)

This is only meant for someone who doesn't like auto-translator tools like MTool. Please do not use this for a game release thread.

If you experience a crash, game-breaking bug or seriously broken text please post me a screenshot and a short description when it happened. Providing a save just before the problem occurs would drastically increase the speed of the fixing process.

Not sure if this is game bug or translate bug. Report just in case.
Caused at new game, first loading screen so no save file.

This has nothing to do with the translation.
This means you are trying to run the game without Japanese(Japan) system locale.

In case you have no idea what I'm talking about:

You need to extract and launch the game in Japanese(Japan) locale. There's multiple methods/programs to do that but personally I just use the option already shipped with windows.

To use that method go to "Control panel" -> "Region and Language" in windows 7 / "Region" in windows 10-> "Administrative" -> "Change System Locale" and switch it to "Japanese (Japan)".
This will require a restart.

Afterwards download and extract the game again and the error will be gone.

My MTL is working fine.
I just don't see the point of creating unicode translations. That just makes people run into a brick wall when faced with one of the many non-unicode games. Just having people keep their system locale on Japanese (Japan) seems like the better option.

Confirm this is locale issue.

Files name are broken since downloaded zip.

Change locale to japanese not help :(

Are you sure your game isn't damaged? You need to download everything after changing the locale or it's already broken.
I just re-checked to make sure, downloaded the MTL from my post, and I cannot reproduce any problems.

I've redownload the base game after change locale to japanese, file name still broken.

the left one is the archive I re-downloaded, the right one is the other game I've download before change locale to japanese.
So it's my pc or the zip are wrong encoded.

I finding solution to fix repair this file name.
