Yes, but they are janky at best. There is no free character movement, but blurs created by quickly moving static images to simulate the notion of movement. Personally, I didn't mind, but your mileage may vary.

Neither really. There is an event chain where she "steals" a married man away but the guy is an asshole and his wife is better off without him anyway and she just uses him to collect sex energy.
She has two subordinates, one bangs her constantly and the other doesn't bang her at all but the guy shows ZERO romantic interest in her beyond professional admiration for her status and power anyway so it's hardly NTR.
