It's a tar-like archive format made for Electron apps. It can be extracted with this command and Node.JS installed:

Bash: 
cd ハーレム島へようこそ！
cd resources
npx @electron/asar extract app.asar app
Looks like the dialog is stored in plain-text .ks files in the app/data/senario directory.

almost necessary file, text is image so it hard to translate all game.

I have unpacked and translated it but it is not good i also didn't translate the image. let me know if u want the extracted raw
