Probably wont be translated anytime soon as the game has been out for a long time not to mention seems pretty complex, lots of dialog choices and branches so more work for the translator...and the fact that people like netorare more than netori. So yeah wont be anytime soon unless the few of us who know about this game start to learn Japanese then do it ourselves lul.

Maybe try anime sharing? I remember dowloading many untranslated Japanese games from there.
