You can't skip versions. If the patch says ver1.46, that means you need to have game ver1.45 to install the patch.

Kind of hassle to translate. When using Translator++ the map gets buggy as hell and you can't enter another map because of the translation.

Aside from Translation++, when you use a Hooker. The name of the characters flood the clipboard and the Translation Aggregator only translates those names because it keeps filling up.

Enter in plugins.js and look for MOG_PartyHud, change status to false.

I wouldn't recommend the game. It may look big and a lot of CGs but after decrypting it. The CGs are pretty disappointing. I would recommend
