Anime sharing has 1.5, but damn those 3 part slow downloads are obnoxious.
Jesus, they make people sit through 5 hours for 1 part, just to earn 5-10 cents...

Is it reliable? If so, what sites do you recommend I download from? ( RapidGator, KatFile, MexaShare or Fikper)

Yes, totally reliable, it just takes a while to do! Mexashare works the best; so I recommend you download a free vpn software and use it in between so you can get all the parts in one fell swoop. You can only download once every hour on each IP Address.
