Damn, you always suprise me with those games. Make me checking you everyday just in hope for you to sharing games even if it just MTL, you have become 1 of my favorite now

It should have icon on the application like this.... Try changing to the Japanese locale and re-extracting from the zip 1594514507218.png

Here I compressed the exe, try downloading it. This time extract the rar only if you have changed to japanese locale
Also try running the game on your C: drive
If that fails try others such as running as administrator, disabling your antivirus, change program compatibility mode

i was able to fix the issue. it path was too long for it to work so i moved it all to a previous folder in the path and that fixed it
