this is what the folder looks like for me. The application that’s in Japanese gives me an error

Here I compressed the exe, try downloading it. This time extract the rar only if you have changed to japanese locale
Also try running the game on your C: drive
If that fails try others such as running as administrator, disabling your antivirus, change program compatibility mode

i was able to fix the issue. it path was too long for it to work so i moved it all to a previous folder in the path and that fixed it
