This had an update to it as well, not much in terms of H-related content though. Latest is 5.0.

I was able 2 attach MTool to the game 2 translate a majority of it, but the problem for a full translation is this file here in game folder "Game.rgss3a" I tried to crack it with a RPG MAKER DECRYPTER from Petschko, and a noice little error box keeps popping up. XwX

This seems like one of those games that will never get a translation. Most recent version that I have seen on the internet is Ver5.01.
