for what I saw is a game about MC being in a place that is hunted by ghosts and other creatures, you can "hire" female ghosts that wander the maps and they are random, I can say this because in 3 of my tempt of the japanese ver in my hands I encountered 2 of the gals you see in the second pict (green hair and darsk skin blonde) in the same spot but in different attempt

PS: one of the preview show pregnancy but dunno about it

I spot my eyes on some keys actually. They said you need to get 2 of those to unlock the ending. Any one know the location? The first one I found is at the toilet of some sort of school buildings (iirc it's at the left end of the school map).

I honestly don't recommend playing this game, considering I played it myself. You know those NPC collection games? This is basically that. Worst part is there's no scenes with any of the random NPCs, only the heroines. And even then the amount of scenes is so scant, it's not worth playing.
