Not yet cause even tho its 1.0 its still "beta" with the amount of content + unfinished mechanics. So no one translating it yet.
Thanks for the answer. Is it even remotely playable/viewable if I don’t know any japanese?
Game has so much terminology due to the different stats (depending on difficulty chosen) and the mess of items from the alchemy, that it'd be extremely hard to bumble yourself through without knowing the text. Most folks here including myself seem to be using MTool.

For the first change of this event, you need to see the first change of the event "For reading the stars" 1*, as well as the Achievement "Blowjob Lv. 1" and Intimacy above 80
For event "For reading the stars" 1* change, you again need to look at the previous quest, the first change 1*, and again 3 achievements Lv3 (Massage ass, Show an erection, Minuki [demonstrative masturbation]), and so on with all the events, first looking for changes 1* to the previous ones and several achievements in addition (Lifting up a skirt Lv3).
And for 1* change of the last event and reaching the end of the "first chapter" you will need see the first change "His lie her true feelings" 1* and the achievement Insertion into Vagina Lv.3, intimacy 100 and 5 contraceptives

EDIT: hmmm maybe I'm not. The achievement list says I have the 1* for "For reading stars" But when I look at the what to do next page it doesn't show the 1* event change.
and with a little trial and error I have figured out where I screwed up. One of the things I like about their games tbh. Nice to have a porn game that has some elements of game to it.

You don't need to find it, but rather repeat the event with this "skill" about 3 times (10 or 20 for Lv3)
This skill is used when [Сonfession(?)]. Unfortunately, this skill cannot be developed in battles, at least in the current versions.

No idea but if I had to guess probably most of it.
I have the dissolution , crusher , and purifier how do I unlock the smelter and refiner for the bar quest?

A one-time quest for the [Bar] is given at the [Inn].
So you need to complete the quests to [Advertise the Inn] 3-5 times.
Have access to the Dungeon.
Munietto must "appear" with Faith at the Adventurer's Guild.
1 Life Potion 1* required.
[Smelter] and [Refiner] (and many other recipes) open as you complete all the one-time quests from NPCs with quests, and as you chat with all NPCs, and due to bugs, sometimes 2-3 times.
The second-to-last recipes and new gathering locations are unlocked by reading books in the Hospital locker (requiring a high level of Alchemy).
The final recipes are unlocked at Home by reading books above the Alchemy table (there are additional requirements related to accessing the third layer of the Dungeon).
Any possibility of someone sending the game files in a different upload service other than pixeldrain? it's blocked in my country...

Metal in the crusher from tier 2 ore (**) [Crusher]
Coal by combining a [Regular plank] (Tier 1 Wood Chipper (*) or tier 2 Wood (**) ) and a [Burning catalyst] (obtained by work of Extractor from [Wandering Soul] , loot from monsters on the 1st floor) [Extractor + Crusher + Combination(not equipment)]
[Cooling Orb] is a work of Purifier and loot of floor 2 monsters (Cursed Bead) [Purifier]
If you don't have these recipes, complete all available One-Time Quests from NPCs in buildings and talk to all NPCs everywhere; sooner or later, the recipes should unlock.
