found it its below a48 safezone the futuristic looking city just roam around and you should find an entrance inside it
Guys, guys.. On Ryuu it's good to use Server 2, MEGA, where there are "ouo" ads that are easy to click through. Don't download some bullshit and viruses.
Otherwise everything works fine, .Check your aggressive AVs (mainly Defender) and internet connection, firewall etc. BepInEx need some "free way" and short paths.
