A warning, you won't be able to beat the game this way. The current version of the game is kind of unbalanced - if you end up with too many status conditions, like the one that adds arousal whenever you get hit, it's literally impossible to beat the final boss. The final boss will climax stunlock you every single turn, because every attack inflicts like 150 arousal points worth of damage due to being multihit. So then you end up climaxing every turn and unable to do anything, and eventually reach 0 hp and lose. There's no counter to this - even using the item that reduces arousal to 0 does nothing, because a single hit will bring your character up to 100 arousal and force a climax.
It's basically what you're experiencing right now with the plant monster, but much much worse. And statuses can't be removed, only stuff like blindfolds, body writing, etc.
So if you want to beat the game and unlock the recollection room, you kind of have to play without losing too much and getting all of those bad statuses. Luckily it's pretty quick to just do a virgin run and blow up everything, it only takes like an hour to beat the game.
