From what I can see, the integration was done with translator ++ and the script has some text wrap issues (I've tried to fix it but I just make it worst by adding miscellaneous character)
There is also an issue with the character name that is suppose to display in the first line of the text box but somehow and some random times manages to find itself in the second line
The trial version gives 3 positives so it's practically the same as the first link in sukebei page. I'm not going to be the one to tell you ehh don't worry it's safe because I would lie to you, but at the moment no one has complained about viruses so it's probably false positives but again you can buy the game if you are so paranoid

As I say, a clean file is always the same as suspicious as one with a virus because the objective of viruses is not to be detected to infect your PC, so anything you don't buy is potentially harmful to your PC because you don't know where it came from and what files have been modified.
Maybe your wish will even come true, someone buy and translate the game and you will still have the same virus problem that your antivirus detects things. it's not the first time
The problem with the Ryuugames version is not the game, rather the crack that gave 40 positives (the game has been around for a while so they may have changed the crack for another one or not) the cracks of sukebei flagged 3 positives in virustotal page, it must be said between 1 and 6 positives in virus total is relatively safe, more than 6 is suspicious but more than 15 is a do not execute the crack even if they are false positives.
Usually the games have the same crack because one uploads a version, they download it and re-upload it to their website so you always find the same files but on different pages, in this case there are several cracks, and the most insecure is the one provided by ryuugames.
