ura saimin is practically the same engine. Gitai saimin just image handling is different so that's just a modding porting difference, not in place tr.
The older games are different including the original saimin jutsu, but it should work, i've not actually tested them
the newer one are somewhat different, probably possible
and some are actually kirikiri, so should be easy.
fudegaki uses an entirely different engine, it needs an excutables patch

the translation tool. cut copy text files from todo folders if you want to work on them.

I assume modern machine translation tools are better than they used to be.
Do you think they are good enough?
Translator++ should be fine at least.
Not the best quality but readable.
ChatGPT stuff is too science fiction for me.

Should work for most of blackrainbow games but there are always some exceptions.

I don't think there is one doing every step of extracting, feeding it online, and repacking, but i suppose someone can automate all of it now

Sorry I didn't understand . Does I have to copy this in the game folder and the game will run or like have to do anything else for playing this in English.

you extract it, and copy the sj_spt.dat to the game folder (overwriting the original)
it's a good idea to have a backup
