okay it take little time to search, 4 sakura leaf you got from quests, last one you get after 2 of 3 ending and destroing 2 jizo statue on chapter selection. quest complete condition i dont have (i use all save slots before 4 leaf). just in case, google translator camera work good enough to undestand most quest requirement
