So I have played the prologue and reached day 2 which is still kind of a tutorial phase. So as to add to the description of the game I'll say some things that aren't spoilers per-se since it's all explained at the beginning.

You've been living alone in that fortress for a long time and your job its to keep at bay the "lizardmen" which are humans who have been infected by that mysterious virus[infection started 3 years ago]. So the government made a tick wall around its territory to protect itself, establishing there 3 fortress in a horizontal line that separates infected zone from healthy zone. From that infected zone is that Kasumi Satani comes from and she's infected too but for some reason it advances slowly in contrast with the general case. You are also infected, but as with her, it advances slowly, in fact you get to choose where are the signs of the infection present in your body(scales), I chose my dick, Kasumi: e.. eeeeh??!.
You get to choose if you are virgin or not, not sure how that will affect the gameplay, you also choose if she will wear glasses or contact lens[she has bad eyesight].
The main thing is that a merchant, that apparently works directly for the government will provide you with items and funds? something that you didn't have access before, so why now that this girls is present? Well the government is interested in data and will pay you greatly for data report, data about what you ask? So that's, roughly, the premise. I'm interested, she seems very cute, it really gives the vibe of slice of life and good music too, relaxing even.
