From my understanding, you still play as the guy. It looks like he knows about the NTR. It sounds like the full version might have an ending where MC and female can get together but you have to see all other routes first.

Using "Windows Defender" I scanned the file 2 times before extracting it and no threat came up, once I extracted it I did a third scan which didn't give me a threat either.
Did you try using "VirusTotal" to analyze the file?

I've played a little bit of the demo is seems like a prequel more than a sequel. Maybe I'm not far enough though. I'm VERY slow at translating the text lol

I think its an A.U. sequel, as in it presumes there was no route taken in the first game (neither MC nor any of the antagonists got the girl).
