K’s dictatorial government has stepped up surveillance of its citizens in order to eliminate rebels.
As the landlord of an apartment building, you have been chosen as a duty monitor for this glorious country.
But while you keep an eye on the residents, someone is also keeping an eye on you.
Fulfill your duties as a loyal servant of your country, or use your power to satisfy your own desires.
As long as you’re in this apartment, everything is up to you.

Requesting translation for the images/text in the game.
Both MTool, and Unity autotranslator did not work.
The description on DLsite claims that some of the sex scenes are animated.
