yes but it depends more on if anyone picks up the project or not, not when the game releases could take years befor anyone decides to translate a game or it could take 5 minutes. also most people here have jobs and do these things on the side witch means it takes longer time it also depends if its human or ai/mtl or and edited etc mtl takes about 20 minutes while human translations can take months even years if the person dont have alot of spare time

And frankly you don't need it, Emerald_Gladiator did an amazing job. The only thing i could wish at this point is uncensor.

They sure are giving me a lot of pills when getting raped in combat is almost impossible compared to the first game , they made the mechanic worse somehow

Yeah basically halfway done with the game with like 3 scenes. If you fail on purpose you get a generic game over CG of tentacles and if you regularly do combat its an easy win every time. Combat rape just doesnt exist since you need 100+ lust and that takes ages to get and even then half the time it doesnt work, you need to get actually knocked down (which again takes effort since the combat is easy). First game is far superior just due to balance.

I noticed there's some missing scenes from the gallery, mostly relating to letting the monsters fuck Sally, and I think also an optional scene with the school teacher.

Those are new scenes added by EG. In the included ReadMe file there's detailed explanation with minor spoilers. Basically you'll find Sally in certain locations during playthrough and have a choice either to save her or don't. If you don't - H-scene, but she won't show up again, so i recommend to save game beforehand. And the scene with school teacher is in school and it's a pretty straightforward choice.
Also, all these scenes are in the gallery, in the extra section through the door on top.
